2D Design Manager : Corporate Interior / Co-working

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review test fits, space planning, and layout drawings as per client requirements.
• Manage and review GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and ensure design intent is met on site.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, vendors, and internal project teams for smooth design execution.
• Handle client management, presentations, and design approvals.
• Stay updated with materials, finishes, and current market trends to ensure innovative and cost-effective design solutions.
• Ensure brand consistency and design quality across all projects.
• Support project documentation, BOQ validation, and design reviews.

Skills & Tools:

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, MS Office, and PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of design detailing, materials, and fit-out processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture / Interior Design.
• Minimum 3-8 years of experience in corporate interior design or co-working spaces.
• Experience in handling large-scale office projects will be preferred.
