About the Role & Project
At ARAKE Studio, we are currently working on our original anime project, Agyaat: The Unseen Realm.
We are looking for a passionate 2D Anime Animator to join our core team on a volunteer collaboration basis. If you love anime storytelling and want to bring characters to life alongside a dedicated creative team, we'd love to have you on board.
What you'll be doing:
- Crafting 2D anime-style animations and key character movements.
- Working on rough animation and cleanup passes.
- Translating storyboards, references, and director notes into active scenes.
- Collaborating closely with the team through our production pipeline.
What we're looking for:
- Good grasp of 2D animation fundamentals and a passion for anime aesthetics.
- Willingness to take feedback, learn, and iterate.
- Clear communication and consistency.
- A portfolio, reel, or sample work showing your animation flow (preferred).
