Job Description

Kinetic Green Energy is looking for an experienced 2-Wheeler Vehicle Integration Engineer to join its R&D team at the Pune Head Office. The candidate will be responsible for vehicle system integration, component compatibility, design coordination, and vehicle development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle integration activities for two-wheelers, including electric vehicles.
• Ensure proper fitment, compatibility, and packaging of vehicle components and systems.
• Coordinate with design, testing, and manufacturing teams for vehicle development.
• Review 3D models, assemblies, and engineering drawings using Unigraphics NX.
• Manage engineering data, BOMs, and design changes using Teamcenter.
• Identify and resolve vehicle integration and assembly-related issues.
• Support prototype development, vehicle testing, and validation activities.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in 2-wheeler vehicle integration.
• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Working knowledge of Unigraphics NX (UG NX) and Teamcenter.
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems, mechanical assemblies, and component integration.
• Good problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills.
